Application Process

How do I Apply

Once you are sure that you match our requirements criteria, click on the link that says “get started” or Register to create a profile on our application portal.

  • Register for an account using a valid email address. Then log in.
  • Click on “Applications” then click on “add new application”. Fill out the online application form with all the required details and then click submit.
  • Once the application has been submitted, it will be updated with “Pending”.                                                  (Always check the status of your application and check if you have any messages from Admin when you login.)
  • When your BVN is validated, the application status will be set to Awaiting CBT Test payment and only then will an invoice for the CBT be generated in your name.
  • You can then go to “e-wallet/invoice, then click on “invoice” where you will be able to view and pay for the CBT online or via bank transfer.
  • Once payment has been accepted, the status of your application will be CBT exam awaiting. (please note you need to pay for the exam 5 days before you take the test).
  • Once you are on the portal page, you are required to use the email address that you registered your application with. The password is “password” (lower case).
  • Once you complete your test and are able to attain the required scores, your application status will be marked as awaiting assessments.
  • Applications will be accepted or rejected based on the outcome of the assessments.
  • You will be required to select assessment and interview slot in the portal. Further details will be communicated to applicants.
  • Successfully applicants will be issued with their work contracts before the Internship starts.

 

How do I make payment?

Payments for CBT can be made online using any Debit or credit cards, Online Bank transfers are also accepted. All issues with payments authorization should be forwarded to your bank or paystack

How do I take the Computer Based Tests?

Once you have submitted your application, it will be review and if accepted an invoice will be generated.

You will be required to make payment online. (Please note that you cannot make payment until this invoice has been generated).

Once payment has been processed, the CBT portal will be activated. To login to the CBT Portal, use your registered username and the default password “password”. Then begin the test.

follow the steps below to take your test. NOTE that applicants who have paid Digital Online Exams (DOES) for the test can take the practice test once they login

How much do i earn as an Intern?

Salaries are calculated based on location and Industry. But our Interns earn between (60k – 100k)NGN Monthly.

How much is the application fee?

The online application is free.

If I am unsuccessfully can I apply again?

As we receive a large volume of applications, an individual can only apply twice a year. In order for your application to be successful, you have to pass the computer based test.

Is my BVN safe?

All information on our site is secured and stored safely on the server. we do not disclose information to third parties and your BVN is only used to uniquely identify applicants and eliminate multiple applications. Applicants can also use their  National ID number

What is your selection criteria?

As long as you meet our prerequisites for applications, you can apply online. Our selections starts with the Computer based test where you have to achieve a minimum score in each topic. If you are successful, you will then be invited to an assessment day where you will be selected based on performance. There will also be a final stage of interview. For each stage, you will be informed about the details of the selection criteria.

Where are the locations of the 3 months compulsory training?

Our Training Locations are listed below. Unfortunately we do not provide accommodations. Interns are however paid full salaries during training to aid transport and accommodation cost.

Why do you charge for the test?

The application process involves applicants passing aptitude test, This is compulsory for all applicants and it helps in selecting the best interns for our partners and reducing multiple applications .The computer based test is run by a third party company, unfortunately this is not free and applicants are required to pay like any other CBT examination system in Nigeria. However Applicants with exceptional abilities who cannot afford the cost of the Test can contact Us and we will evaluate their situations

The current exam fee is listed below

GIS = 3000 NGN

CIS = 2000 NGN

DP = 3000 NGN

Please note all payments are online and applicants are advised not to make payments to any agents or staffs . And  THERE is NO PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.

Why do you charge?

We do not charge for the Internship program. We do not charge to place applicants with our partners. The only charge inured in the program  is the CBT exam fee , this fee is payable to our CBT partners .

General

Can you really guarantee me a work contract for 2 years?

Yes. With a fully paid salary. We work closely with our partners and have agreements in place to ensure that this is the case. Two years is the minimum term we guarantee, most of our interns are retained or offered permanent positions by our partners.

Do I pay for the training?

No. Your 3 months training is absolutely free.

Why do you offer two years contract?

Two years is our minimum initial work contract term. It is our internship period will involves learning and training. We invest not just time but also resources and training on our interns, we require them to work for this minimum two year period.

Will I get paid if I am not in a work placement?

Yes you will. Whether you are in placement or not, you will get paid the full amount of your agreed salary.

How to apply online

To apply online, register on the portal and do the following

How to check application status

To check the status of your application . the Orange box in the dashboard gives you all the information you need

How to pay for CBT

Your application status needs to be in Test payment pending before you continue with the steps below

Your Dashboard needs to have the status above
Click on Invoice
Click on Action and select Pay now
Select Card Payment to pay Online or eWallet if you have previously funded your wallet.
Confirm payment and click on Pay Now

How to take the CBT

You will need to have paid for the CBT before your login details is activated ( we recommend you pay for the test 5 days before you intend to take the test). Once your login is active you have the opportunity to take the practice test a few times before you take the main Test.

Click on the Test Center link to start.

2. Login with your registered email address( 247 solutions portal registration email address)

3. Click on the Exam link on the left side

 

4. Select the Test that you want to take ( You can take the practice test till you get comfortable with the test) Please Note you can also take the test on a mobile device

 

5. Read the instructions carefully before you start the Test. The test is for 45 Mins , make sure you have access to a computer for the entire duration.

Interview

What do I need to attend the interview?

You will need original copies of your certificates and identification.  An email will be sent to successful applicants informing you on the time, date and location of your interview.

Will I get paid if I am not in a work placement?

Yes you will. Whether you are in placement or not, you will get paid the full amount of your agreed salary.

Will I know on the day of the interview if I am successful?

The decision on successful applicants will be taken by a panel, assessed using your performance and results. If you are successful at the assessment day, you will be sent an email to invite you to the final stage of interview. If you are successful at the final stage of interview, you will be notified by email.

Test

Can I resit the test?

Yes, you can resit the test a limited number of times.

Do you recommend any books to study?

No, we do not recommend any books as this is not an exam per say. We want to understand your level of competence in each topics. Once you sign up for the computer based test however, you will be able to see information on the test subjects. This may help you should you wish to gain further knowledge on the topic.

I am experiencing problems with my computer during testing.

If you experience any technical or network issues during the test, you can log back in and continue your test where you left off.

What do i need to score to pass the CBT

The CBT is an Integral part of our selection process and i recommend that all applicants are fully prepared and take the practice test before doing the main test.

The Test comprises of Reasoning, Aptitude and Current affairs questions. Applicants are required to score 65% (35 marks) and above before they can be called for an open day assessment.

its a 25 minutes Test with 60 questions to answer. Applicants are also advised to answer only questions that they are sure of the answers because of negative marking.

What if I don’t know how to use a computer?

This is one of our requirements. Our application is purely online and our tests are computer based. We expect that you should be familiar with a computer enough to do these tasks.

Which topics do you test on?

We test on a range of topics depending on the programme that you have enrolled on.

For instance for graduates our test assesses your communications skills and IT skills. Whilst for drivers we assess your Health & Safety and Hazard perception knowledge.
